I understand people may want to understand more about the prices of my packages and services. I really want my services to be as accessible as possible to everyone. Finding a job that works for you, neurodiversity and mental health have been things I've cared about for a long time after my own difficulties finding a workplace, education settings and social groups where I felt comfortable and valued. I always knew I was 'different'. I've learned a lot about myself in recent years, and would like to help you to do so, too. I believe- I know- that everyone is capable of success, because 'success' isn't a one size fits all- you make your own success, however that looks to you.

​Everyone should have someone fighting in their corner, everyone should have support available to access inclusive work, everyone should have fulfilling work where they feel accepted and valued, all ND parents should have a support network as to not feel alone. My long term vision is also to change the way employers see and treat neurodivergent candidates and employees, and those with mental health needs, and for everyone- including neurotypical individuals- to have a workplace where they feel comfortable and feel satisfied in their career. I want you to be seen, heard and valued. I want you to be thought of, and supported when running a work environment and caring for employees. I want you to have equal opportunities and reasonable adjustments without a fight. I want interview buddies to be the new norm. Interviews are so daunting and put you 'on the spot'. Many of us who are neurodiverse, or suffer with anxiety and stress, find this challenging. Plus, past negative interview experiences can impact how you feel in future interviews. I want to be a safe voice you can turn to, to help you work through things.

​Here's how I price my support:

​​- I have tried to keep my prices as low as possible, as I know job coaching and coaching in general can be really expensive for people to access. I would like to support people and make sure my services are as accessible as possible.

- Most private services now charge between £30-£40 an hour so my aim is to keep my services much more affordable than this (mine average at the moment around £15-£17 per hour)

- Check if you are eligible for the 'Access to Work' government grant if getting a work support package from me. This can be used for services such as job coaching like ours, if you wish to use it towards that, and other things such as your travel to interviews etc. Here's the link: Access to Work: get support if you have a disability or health condition: What Access to Work is - GOV.UK
